SSG’s Job Growth Incentive or JGI provides one year of salary support for each new local hire to accelerate your local hiring. This incentive is available until February 2021.

 

Salary support:

 

25% for <40 years and 50% for ≥40 years - of the first $5,000 of the gross monthly wage.

 

Eligibility requires an increase in local workforce size (each earning ≥$1,400/month), compared to August 2020.

 

You can also ‘place and train’ new hires under P-Max program with a training subsidy of up to 90%. All workshops enjoy up to 90% WSG course fee funding for Singaporean and PRs
